The information we collect about you above will be stored on Capsule our third-party CRM system which is a resilient and dependable system for data management. Please see their updated Privacy Policy. As a Data Controller we rely on GDPR compliant systems and the CRM system and data is hosted securely in Amazon’s US data centre. The CRM provider has signed a Data Processing Addendum agreement with AWS that commits to the Model Contract Clauses, as are defined by the European Commission. This enables the transfer of data to AWS in accordance with UK data protection laws.
