Social campaign to award those who go the ‘Extra Mile’ in the healthcare industry.
Deliver an integrated online/offline campaign recognising and rewarding healthcare workers that go the extra mile in their roles.
The campaign was to be rolled out predominantly across social media, using direct mail, email and online advertising to boost awareness and nominations/conversions.
The target was to generate 120 nominations (45 more than the previous year).
In order to win the hearts and minds of healthcare workers, their friends and family, we created a strong brand identity that would be engaging and memorable across multiple channels, including email, DM, print, social media and video.
We then curated themed content to engage healthcare workers on social media and generate conversions (nominations). During the campaign we used Facebook advertising to increase awareness of the awards and increase nominations.
Throughout the campaign we worked closely with the marketing team to create relevant, timely content including imagery and short-form video, manage online advertising and tweak the nomination process for optimum performance.
